Me Julien Pache has in-depth expertise in social insurance law, private insurance law and civil liability. Before completing his traineeship at a law firm specializing in these fields, he worked as a legal counsel in the Legal Division of SUVA in Lucerne. Since 2021, he has held the title of SBA specialist in civil liability and insurance law, awarded by the Swiss Bar Association. He advises and represents both private individuals in opposition and appeal proceedings in social insurance matters \u2014 including accident insurance (AAL), disability insurance (DIA), occupational pension schemes (OPA) and loss of earnings insurance \u2014 and insurers and their policyholders in the fields of civil liability and private insurance law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Me Julien Pache is also active in construction law. He regularly represents architects, engineers, contractors and project owners, whether in matters of land use planning (zoning plans, building permits) or defect liability. He also defends them in criminal proceedings, particularly in connection with construction site accidents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Me Julien Pache furthermore handles the defense of doctors and hospitals, both in civil liability actions for medical malpractice and in proceedings before criminal or administrative authorities such as the Health Council and the Patient Complaints Commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He also represents companies in contractual disputes, employment law matters and tenancy issues, and handles all necessary steps for debt recovery under enforcement and bankruptcy law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Based in Lausanne, he appears before all levels of courts throughout French-speaking Switzerland, including the Federal Supreme Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
